Valley Meals is a group of dedicated individuals who are passionate about the health and wellness of older adults in our community. Each day, a local restaurant or retailer prepares nutritious and delicious meals, packages them individually and loads them into our insulated delivery bags and hot boxes. Volunteers pick up the meals, midday, and deliver them, along with a smile and conversation, to older adult neighbors and friends throughout our delivery area.

More than just meals, Valley Meals provides a daily connection to members of the community (our friendly volunteers), as well as a safety check, for our more geographically isolated meal recipients. Our customers are able to stay healthy, while enjoying their independent lifestyle, without the worry of shopping or preparing their own meals. 

For caregivers and family members, Valley Meals provides a little bit of respite and a lot of comfort, knowing that a prepared meal is available for their loved ones, daily and even on holidays.
